PHOTOGRAPHERS: REVENUE SHARING

What is it?
This advanced accounting feature allows you to split event earnings among 3 parties: Event organizer, photography coordinator,
and photographer(s). You specify the parties, and what percentages each one gets, and we calculate the proper allocation
with every order that comes in, whether the week of the event, or years after. We distribute each party's share directly
every two weeks.
The orders report is customized for each party, so everyone can see all orders and pictures from which they are receiving
earnings, what share, and the reason.
Every EP member can play any role, so you can be a photography coordinator or even organizer in one event, and a photographer
in another. All parties must have their own EP account.

Sample calculation
Let's say an order comes in for an event with organizer, coordinator, and several photographers. The total is
$100. We subtract shipping ($8), and product costs ($12), for gross earnings of $80. These earnings are allocated
